Game is in release queue!

Hello! I must open with an apology: I forgot about the build review process, so I submitted my game today thinking it would get out, well, today, but nope, there's a few days of build review by steam left.

changedAnyway, I'd like to thank my awesome music guy, Pietro Frigerio, for his excellent soundtrack. You can blame me for the sound effects, art, and everything else about the game.

Anyway, the game is releasing with the UN ground and space campaigns, and a trio of solar conquest setups. The roadmap from here is as follows:

  • Bug fixes and feature improvements

  • Mars campaign

  • Haptha campaign

  • Bonus missions

Not a long list, but I rather like games that I can look forward to additional content releases from as opposed to just bug updates, so this was something of a conscious decision on my part.

I may do another news post when the game is actually out, but for now, we'll see what happens. I may have accidentally screwed up the possibility of releasing into early access, steamworks isn't the most user friendly thing ever, but rest assured: I'll be here fixing bugs and putting out content updates.

Anyway, thanks for reading, and have a great start to 2023!
