The arena is open.
Ironblood is finally live on Steam Early Access. This is a moment I've been working toward alone, in evenings and weekends, and I genuinely can't thank you enough for being here for it.
v0.90 is a substantial, playable slice of the full vision - but it's Early Access for a reason. There are systems I want to deepen, content I want to expand, and balance decisions I want to make with you rather than in isolation.
Why Early Access
I'm a solo developer at my game studio, and the honest truth is that Ironblood will become a better game with your fingerprints on it. Sims live or die on the details, the feel of a fight, the weight of a decision, the moment a favourite gladiator falls. Those details get sharper when real players are the ones testing them.
What happens next
Regular updates. Balance patches based on what you report. New content, new systems, and a roadmap shaped by the community. I'll be active in the discussions, on the subreddit, and reading every review - good and bad.
