new update in a few days, will delete run saves

Personally i find they can at times work to your advantage and as such i dont feel giving the option to turn them off gives an unfair balance change.

Off:-- means no danger of being hit by crazy fast asteroids in a storm. miss out on positives.

On:-- get tons of loot drops, shelter behind big enemies and watch them take the flack, crazy dangerous. lots of enemies will be killed by the storm.

a few other fixes will be included :-)
