  1. The radio in the first level should not be there it was part of a mission that was abandoned during the development of the game. By picking it up it prevented the completion of the level and gaining the achievement. Now it is Fix

  2. For level 3 and level 5, killed more enemies than what the objective required prevented the completion of level FIX
