Fix issue where certain doors in CH1 Makati and CH 4 Cebu were being reset in-between patches.
Added hotfixes for players currently stuck in those specific rooms (collision trigger to set doors to open when approached).
Set certain swords to be retriggerable in CH1 Makati and CH 4 Cebu to circumvent players who have been stuck in those areas.
Fix missing collision in Laguna 3-2.
Set Mini Boss in Rizal 3-7 to fully disappear after defeat.
Set Dialogue Indicators for Port Island Exits for clarity.
Set Dialogue Indicators for Stone Core receptacles for clarity.
