While some people consider Inferno a really hard game, there are other players that have managed to master the game mechanics so well that may want something more. So, a new challenge is coming for them: the new Hardcore Mode.

Beating the game you will unlock the Hardcore Mode (Permadeath) in the character creation screen. In this mode, you can't save or load the game and if you die the character is lost forever. The game will be automatically saved every few seconds, so mistakes can't be undone.

This option will be available in the upcoming update, together with the Linux version of the game.
