Infected Mushroom Pinball changes
It's been exactly one year since Pinball entered Early Access. To celebrate this milestone, we're marking both the game's first anniversary and 30 years of Infected Mushroom. In addition to our monthly Concert Ticket Challenge, we are running a special Anniversary Challenge throughout August!

Unreleased Tracks: Over the past 30 years, Infected Mushroom created tracks that never made it onto an official release. Cassette tapes containing these rare gems are hidden throughout the game.
Apartment: Players can now unlock access to the apartment, where all collectibles are saved and playable.
VPIN Portrait Orientation
Cabinet mode now supports portrait display orientation.
Note: Fullscreen Window mode may cause stretched graphics—switch to Borderless or Windowed mode if needed.
Note: Head Tracking and Anaglyphic 3D features currently only support landscape orientation. System & Hardware
DOFLinx 3.0 Support: Added support for DOFLinx 3.0 alongside minor performance improvements.
Storage Optimization: Reduced disk space requirement from 20 GB to 15 GB. Scoring & Balance Changes
Mushroom Multiplier: Increased to grant up to a 3x bonus to shots.
Flipped Reality: Activation requirements increased to 10 / 20 / 30.
Mushroom Multiball: Now releases all balls locked on the rail, enabling up to an 8-ball multiball.
Multiball Jackpots: After collecting the Middle Shroom jackpot, you must collect a different jackpot before you can claim it again.
Lightweight: Now awards extra points for completing each phase.
Hit All Targets: Earn more points for each hit on a flashing target.
Hit All Targets: Completion requirement reduced from 10 to 8 hits on Easy difficulty.
Frog Machine: Completion requirement reduced from 20 to 15 spins on Easy difficulty. Bug Fixes & Known Issues
Pinball Gameplay: Resolved the majority of community-reported pinball gameplay bugs.
Known Issues:
Desktop – VHS Player: Inserting tapes into the player currently feels clunky. UX improvements are coming in a future update.
Desktop – UI & Cursor: HUD indicators and/or the mouse cursor may occasionally disappear.
Items: Manually carrying items between floors is currently not working. (Collectibles are still automatically saved to your apartment desk).
VR Support: VR interactions have not been fully tested yet and may be unstable.
