Hello! This is Aestone Studio, the solo developer behind 'Indomitus: Path of Ordeals'.

Indomitus: Path of Ordeals changes
I would like to sincerely thank everyone who played the demo and left valuable feedback. Based on your suggestions, I have prepared the first demo update (v0.1.0) to make the game even more fun and enjoyable.
Here are the main changes in this update:
Updates & QoL
2 New Traits Added
Thorns Resistance: Reduces Thorns damage received from enemies.
Shield Breaker: Removes additional enemy Shields upon attacking.
New Hotkey: You can now press the [c]Spacebar[/c] to quickly reload your cards.
UI Visibility Improvements:
When you lack the required currency in the shop, the gold cost will be highlighted in red.
When trying to use a card without enough Mana, the Mana object will shake and the text will turn red for better intuition.
- Misclick Prevention SystemAdded a 1-second click delay when the level-up screen appears to prevent accidental trait selections.
Trait Appearance Logic Improvement: Once a character's Resistance stat reaches 100% or higher, Resistance-related traits will no longer appear in the level-up options.
- Tips AddedGameplay tips have been added to the loading screens.
Balance
Reroll Cost Increase: The gold required to reroll the shop and trait selections will now scale up by multiples of two (100, 200, 400, 800...).
Monster Pattern & Stat Changes:
Increased the Knockback Resistance of some monsters and bosses to raise the tension in combat.
Changed the attack patterns of certain monsters from single hits to Multi-hits.
Trait Balance Adjustments:
- [Seven Deadly SinsLust]: Card effect amplification reduced from 3x to 2x.
- [Seven Deadly SinsGluttony]: Max HP increase upon killing a monster increased from 20 to 40.
- [Thorns]The stat increase per level has been adjusted to scale consistently (5, 10, 15...).
- [Regeneration]The stat increase per level is now fixed at 5.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Resistance stat increase was not applying correctly when acquiring certain relics.
Fixed a bug where the Exhaust effect was not applying when using the Mana Potion card.
Fixed an issue where field curses would continuously trigger in the background while inside a Shop node.
Fixed a bug where tooltips would not display properly when hovering over certain cards.
Fixed a critical bug (soft-lock) where pressing the ESC key in specific situations to open the options menu would stop the game time without opening the window.
