When save data exists (which means almost all the time), the "CONTINUE" option now appears at the top of the title screen.
By the way, if you want to find your save data, paste the address below into File Explorer. Inside, you'll find a folder named "Arai-san Mansion Exploration Game Incarnation". You can back it up by renaming this folder or moving it to another location.
