It has been one week since Impulsion has been released and we are very pleased with your feedback so far. In this small time window, a new community has been created, tons of speedruns and new world records have been achieved and a lot of rage has been felt in the videos and streams of the game. Thanks to your feedback a lot of improvements and new features have already been added to the game! List of new features:
A speedometer can now be displayed to show your speed
A confirmation window has been added for the teleporters in the starting rooms to prevent any unintentional level loads
A developer icon has been added next to the developer times so you can try to beat us!
In the speedrun leaderboard, the number of retries needed during the run is now displayed
You can now jump with the mousewheel
You can now reset a speedrun from the pause menu
In speedrun mode, the name and timer of the current level can now be displayed
A new achievement for 10,000 deaths has been added ! We didn't expect you to like death so much
Bug fixes:
Fixed collision bugs in many levels
Added missing chinese voices
Fixed an issue causing the timer to not display properly
Fixed an issue causing SteamVR to start on its own
Modified player and projectiles physics to be more precise
Impulsion is now officially on speedrun.com !
