Reworked hud

I planned the HUD as in old games, taking up most of the bottom screen and with art elements, of course in those days it was caused by its own characteristics and it was a kind of tribute to memory.

addedI planned the HUD as in old games, taking up most of the bottom screen and with art elements, of course in those days it was caused by its own characteristics and it was a kind of tribute to memory. Also players did not use the quick panel and asked for a more minimalistic hud, this prompted me to decide to redesign it and significantly reduce it. Also, I originally didn't want to add a health bar for enemies to create more immersion, but I ended up adding it as the battles were better in my opinion with it.
