Update Q1 2026

​Hello everyone, before I dive in the regular quaterly update, I just want to say we currently have a temporary kofi shop open ​, you have until the 4th of May to grab our physical bookmarks, lore book and stickers before we send the order to the printer! I worked really hard on the lore book I'm so proud of the final result. If you have any questions you can consult our FAQ ​ or ask me on discord!

Now, for the progress:

Ayael, why the fuck the percent are going downward, did you burn a scene or something??? No, I did not, I simply EXPLODED the estimated wordcount. We went from 215 000 words estimated (from the previous draft) to 281 404 words for the main script... I'm very satisfied of it, so even if there could be minor improvement from the editing the numbers shouldn't bulge from now on, the rest is smooth sailing!

It's also time to introduce new trackers as we started to seriously tackle the side writing! As you can see really good progress were also made in those area, the epilogue in particular was a pain in the ass because it has so many variation and combination, it's a big beast with 11 570 words! It's the kind of things where if I don't put a stop I could add endless little flavor lines or details to make it extra custom.

My goal for Q2 2026 is to finish the few missing petitions, the game over (haven't start already but I will make a third progress pannel for it next update), the diplomacy (but I need to make decisions about it first), and maybe tackle the bonus things unlocked via stretch goals aka dress up mini game and extended epilogue.

​At the moment, I am quite confident for the french betatesting phase in June, it's really amazing to see the game coming together, I can't know how the reception will be, but I'm definitely proud of it now I see it slowly taking it's final form. We promised plot, romance and agonizing choices and consequences, we delivered.
