Storm Breaker patch

Hi all, In this patch we have mainly focused on fixing issues related to the Storm Breaker release. Design: - Increased drop rates for cenotaphs in the Storm Breaker DLC - Small change on enemy placement in Storm Breaker DLC, so that the player will encounter the SMG wielding enemies in New Game 0 Bugs: - Fixed an area in the Grand Hall where the player could get stuck - Fixed bug that made it seem like there were duplicate cenotaphs in Storm Breaker DLC - Fixed the cenotaph drops for the Brood (worm) enemies in Storm Breaker DLC - Fixed an issue where the boss fight intro cut-scene could trigger again in Storm Breaker DLC - Fixed a possible exploit in the mid-boss arena in Storm Breaker DLC - Fixed Nayra’s placement on the beach in Storm Breaker DLC so that she doesn’t float anymore - Fixed an issue that would cause lines to be skipped in Storm Breaker DLC boss fight
