This is our first PCVR title and we are sorry to bring you a bad experience with our game. We will keep updating the game until all issues have been solved.

How to throw a grenade? You can hold trigger then wield controller and loose trigger simultaneously to throw a grenade.
Wrists have to be bent downwards You can try changing Gesture Mode in Settings to Leisure.
Subtitles are too small We will fix it in next patch.
