IFF is released, but the work is far from done! I'll be continuing to make improvements to the project, starting with some fixes to address feedback from players who have been trying out the game up at GamesCon Canada 2025.
-Cannon cooldown shortened from 3 seconds to 2 seconds. -Rifle grunt firing cooldown increased from 1 second to 1.5 seconds. -Animation for melee grunt has been trimmed to remove glaring gap in attack. -Animation for grenadier has also been trimmed, but to look less jarring. -Player rotation speed increased from 60 to 75. -Players now receive notification when all enemies have been cleared from a level.
