Notice to our Brazilian customers who bought the Olivia Plush

Our distributors (and some concerned customers!) have informed us that we will need to collect certain import tax information from you so that we may deliver your order into your country. Unfortunately, this was not something that we anticipated needing to collect at first, but must do so now to comply with Brazilian law and to ensure delivery to you.

To get us the number, we request that you fill out a purchase complaint that includes your CPF/CNPJ number and order ID: https://support.cavemanon.xyz/purchase-complaints/

Alternatively, you may send an email to cavemanongames@gmail.com with your order id and CPF/CNPJ number.

If we do not receive a number from you, there is no way we can legally import your product into Brazil. If you do not wish to give us this information, we can offer a full refund of your pre-order, as there will be no other legal way for us to import your product.
