Updates for both demo and full game

This patch includes a few changes to the game, as well as bringing the demo up to the current version. Full game: Corrected tooltip for Collision Damage System, which was showing the wrong value for damage it granted.

addedReorganized settings and added two new settings, half damage taken and half speed. Half damage taken reduces all damage the player takes by half, and half speed reduces the rate that the game runs at by half. Hopefully these settings make the game dramatically more playable for some players.
changedBuffed Pulse damage by 2 and Pulse rate dramatically. Pulse will consume more energy due to this.
changedMany systems, such as Weapons, now show in their tooltip how much they increase or decrease by a percent.
changedHull now decreases damage to Hull points by 3, up from 2.

Full game:

  • Corrected tooltip for Collision Damage System, which was showing the wrong value for damage it granted.

  • Small reduction in turning speed for Juggernauts to make them easier to avoid.

Demo:

  • Reorganized settings and added two new settings, half damage taken and half speed. Half damage taken reduces all damage the player takes by half, and half speed reduces the rate that the game runs at by half. Hopefully these settings make the game dramatically more playable for some players.

  • Buffed Pulse damage by 2 and Pulse rate dramatically. Pulse will consume more energy due to this.

  • Many systems, such as Weapons, now show in their tooltip how much they increase or decrease by a percent.

  • Barrier now recovers 10% of total barrier on trigger, rather than a flat 2 points.

  • Hull now decreases damage to Hull points by 3, up from 2.
