spring steam sale update

Just fixed and added some small things for the steam sale occasion...

• I did not realize that I messed up the conditions for Anger Management, must have been really confusing for people that got that chievo, haha. Finally fixed it, the proper battle for it works now.

• All enemies past the point Kyrie's recruited has increased defense. After all, you have more firepower - and two different defense debuffs available at that point.

• Since you risk losing out on some content on the alt route if you didn't get it beforehand (entirely possible), the Wrench is buyable from that one place if you didn't grab it before initiating the route. What place? Oh, you know.

• Ambush in graveyard no longer spawns when you've met the conditions for the end of the Rat King questline

• Some small text fixes here and there, thanks for finding some of them Leon.
