Small update to settings and other QoL changes
The changes are as follows: New buttons to set the fan noise volume (background noise). When changing the system volume slider, you can now use a button to test the volume. Small QoL changes to UI elements in chat.

Now game opens fullscreen
The game now automatically opens fullscreen without the need of pressing Alt + Enter. Nevertheless, you can still press Alt + Enter to reduce the size of the game window.
