HyperParasite - Update 1.0.1
Hey Parasites, it’s been quite a while since you last heard from us!
The world has gone quite crazy in the last few months (and it’s not even Parasite’s fault this time…), but we still managed to get to you Update 1.0.1.
So, without further ado, let’s dive in and see what’s in store for you.
Bug fixes / QOL additions
Hard crash when Renegade kills the Player
Sometimes Space Huntress’ projectiles are slower than expected
The Crosshair widget isn’t completely visible when reaching the screen edges
Sometimes the game crashes when spawning enemies
Nuclear Meltdown exit door bug
Techno Samurai’s room door is black
Right wall in the Shop is black
Miniboss passages have the wrong color in the mini-map
Miniboss (One-eyed Duke) map size is incorrect
Secret Room in Industrial District deals no damage
Sometimes Janitor’s special attack doesn’t reset AI status
Sometimes DNA interactable gets spawned twice
Room NM_Room_A01 barrel out of NavMesh
Boss 5’s head doesn’t take damage from melee classes
Invisible wall in Area 81
Tower Guard Sniper projectiles destruction on spawning
Sometimes Nam Veteran’s special attack causes a hard crash
Sometimes Sumo Fighter and Ninja can’t open room gates
Sometimes the Player may fall from the train during Boss 3 fight
Sometimes Mad Scientist can cause hard crash upon death
Controls Rebinding bug
Sometimes Parasite’s data doesn’t get saved during the Save & Quit mechanic
Miniboss entrance tiles are stretched
Clerk Guy can be permanently affected by slow speed after a DoT damage type
Special attack of Archeologist/Alien Creature/Techno Samurai can cause a hard crash if performed in The Foundry level (press trap room)
Alien Hunter can cause a hard crash if possessed while Suicide Countdown is active
Steam Achievements fix
And finally, for all you Achievement hunters out there, the infamous Steam Achievement bug has been fixed!
Feel free to go all the way achievement-hunting again (and of course, as promised, all unlocked achievements will fire retro-actively!).
