After 128 alpha/beta versions, that could be played on itch, or, recently also in the Demo version on Steam, Hypercoven is now released!
The release is not marked as Early Access – the game is quite robust and easily has enough hours of content in it to satisfy the 3 bucks price tag.
Nonetheless, if there is sustained interest in Hypercoven, I hope to keep improving it.
Notable changes since June Next Fest appearance
Campaign flow and gameplay largely reworked, Story added
4 additional missions, for a grand campaign length of 10 missions
A small optional tutorial was also added
Control / unit limit mechanic reworked, it is now a stat that can also be found on items
The King may now create additional Spawning Circles!
Introducing Coven no. 26, bringing the grand total of different units to over 55!
Minimap pings now appear for events like being under attack, building completed, etc.
Large variety of other tweaks
