Added CPU Difficulty Settings!

By popular demand, the ability to adjust the difficulty of CPUs has been added to the game. The CPU difficulty setting can be found under 'Scuffle Settings'.

(Four difficulty levels are available: Easy, Medium, Hard, and AFK.) The old CPU difficulty is identical to the new 'Hard' difficulty. Now, all CPUs are 'Easy' by default.
