Humble Rumble changes
Introducing Humble Rumble!
We're super excited to be launching the first version of Humble Rumble! As you may already know it's a party game/brawler for 1-4 players (the more the merrier!)
We're launching with four maps, three modes and options for both Free-For-All and Teams.
Multiplayer and Steam Remote Play!
We're also super excited to announce that Humble Rumble fully supports Steam's recent Remote Play Together feature allowing you to play with friends over the internet - and only one of you will need to own the game!
Humble Rumble also supports Parsec for the same purposes. During testing we had slightly smoother results using Parsec - though Steam Remote Play should work just fine too.
Why Early Access?
With Humble Rumble we really, really want to involve our community in the future direction of maps and modes. We have near unlimited creative possibilities with modes and maps going forward, so we'd love to hear yours. If you have a killer map idea then let us know! There's every chance it could make it into the game! Come get involved on our Discord over at https://discord.gg/CPDp9b2! It will also help players looking for games & meeting cool new people obviously!
We plan to update with new content very regularly!
Known issues AKA "How broken is it exactly?"
We're happy to say that the content in the game right now has been extensively tested and while we obviously can't guarantee that we caught everything, the game is perfectly playable and relatively bug free!
There are just two known issues to be aware of:
On the 'High Seas' map, there is a very, very small chance that the physics around the ships will break. You can play through this if it happens, it just may be very frustrating.
There may be some collision issues in places though we've done our absolute best to nail down any spots where you could get stuck.
If you do encounter a problem then a) let us know!! and b) we've left some debug keys in to avoid any frustration. These are displayed on an overlay in-game.
So come get involved!
We want to hear your ideas! Your feedback! Your reviews! We want to hear it all and use it going forward. Here's that Discord link again! https://discord.gg/jQ4fY2d
We really hope you enjoy it!
