But everything changes after a chance encounter with a mysterious fortune teller.
One moment of carelessness leaves Kristen afflicted by an ancient curse that compels its victim to obey others. Though she escapes with her life, the curse continues to slowly consume her from within.
Determined to break the curse, Kristen sets out to hunt down the one responsible.
Her journey will take her through villages, forests, and dangerous underground ruins—but monsters are not the only trials waiting ahead.
