addedHey Fellow Magnates! We've got a scorching hot update that’s about to turn up the heat in your hotels! From fiery surprises to streamlined staff routines and big plans on the horizon, there’s plenty to dive into. You’ll be facing new challenges, new management tools, and a hint of things to come. Let's check it out!
addedFire!Your hotels are now at risk of something big and bold—fires! Rooms, furniture, and even entire floors can go up in flames if equipment isn’t properly maintained, creating a brand-new challenge for you to tackle. A single spark from neglected electrical equipment or poorly maintained furniture can ignite, spreading rapidly through the hotel. And be warned—guests and staff can find themselves in real danger if a fire gets out of control! Luckily, you’ll have some tools to keep the blaze at bay. The fire-fighting hose tool lets you tackle specific flames, while fire sprinklers can be installed to slow down the spread of fires throughout your hotel. Now’s the time to test your fire safety strategy and make sure your hotel is both exciting and safe for everyone!
changedSmall ChangesAlongside the big additions, we’ve made a few smaller but impactful changes to keep your hotel running smoothly. First up, the mountain map has gotten a fresh visual update, bringing it more in line with the game’s style. Your cleaning staff are now quicker at inspecting rooms, although if they’re worn out, they might take a bit longer to finish. Receptions and other objects are also more resistant to dirt, giving your cleaners a bit of a breather. And for those of you looking for a more intuitive experience, we’ve fine-tuned the UI with clearer icons and tooltips—especially on the ‘send to task’ button—making those management choices easier than ever.
addedWhat Else Are We Working On?Our team is already hard at work on even more exciting features to deepen your management journey. Career Mode is in development, complete with a world map for location selection, giving you even more options when setting up your hotel empire. We’re also bringing back in-hotel objectives and goals that complement Career Mode objectives, adding both purpose and progression to Creative Mode. These goals will help guide you through your hotel’s expansion while introducing new systems and features. And, of course, the tutorial is getting a full revamp, integrated seamlessly into Career Mode to help new Magnates find their footing.
