Last week we asked you what you wanted to find out more about next: London or the Custom Sandbox mode, and the answer was overwhelmingly... BOTH!? Well, good news everyone, today we are revealing a teaser for the brand-new London location and later this week we will reveal more about the Custom Sandbox mode in a second blog. That means you get two blogs in one week!!

We announced that you would one day be able to check-in to the London location all the way back in June 2025 alongside the New York Content Update... and now we're thrilled to share that it's very nearly here!

London

Set in the great old city that never truly gets old, the London scenario will present you with a hotel that is in dire need of repair. Your job here is very clear, you need to turn this place around before the doors close for good. Here, it's imperative that you restore what really matters, the guest experience... That means fresh interiors, quality amenities, and a touch of London flair will all go a long way.

Upon entering the scenario, you will be presented by a whole host of location based rewards... which are very reminiscent of a time period from long ago. Colourful bathrooms, flower print wallpapers and floor lamps... it's almost as if this hotel hasn't been renovated in over fifty years!

  • The ability to build across 5 Floors

  • A 24 x 24 lot size

You will have plenty of space to create the perfect city-break escape or a calm hub for the business commuters... It's entirely up to you!
