Hello Steam Community, first off thank you for supporting our game Hotel: A Resort Simulator. A lot of excitement has been circling around the release of our game and we would like to address some issues that have already surfaced:

changedGame Crashing: At this time we are investigating the probable causes for crashes, however when posting about crashes, any additional information you can provide us is welcomed. Rest assured that our development is handling all crashes with the upmost urgency.
changedGraphics: Ultra mode may be the culprit for the players experiencing graphic issues. Graphics can be changed in the settings.
addedNot getting bookings as expected: For players experiencing this issue, make sure your bungalows are fully serviced. Sometimes it helps to cancel a booking to trigger generating new ones. Booking generation is based on several parameters, but there is still some randomness to it, so a small part of luck is involved... good luck ;)
changedWe understand that these bugs and crashes can be frustrating, and we are committed to resolving them as quickly as possible. Your feedback is essential to make the game better, and we take each comment seriously.

  2. Speeding up time: It is possible to speed up time to the next day after the guest go to sleep. We are currently looking into a solution to update the time controls sooner during day time.
