Repeated intro

Hello everyone! While we're in Early Access, we'd like to do a monthly check-in to let you all know how things are going!

How'd Early Access launch go?

Really awesome! Right now we're sitting at 100% positive reviews here on Steam, which we're really grateful for. It's been amazing seeing people finally playing our game and showcasing their unique approach to it. This is a really exciting foundation for our big 1.0 launch to build off of!

What have we been working on for the last month?

Initially, we spent some time working on polish based on feedback from the first wave of players. Some spots needed to be walled off a bit, and some seams needed to be tightened up so Rocket couldn't fit through them and get into the wall anymore. Oops!

Since then, I've been working really hard on the background art for the next area in the game. This one's really important, so I've been letting myself go a little wild; there's about 3x the sheer amount of art as most of the other backgrounds. I think this is really gonna knock some socks off!

Soon we'll be able to get into the meat of level design for the next area. We're a small team, so minor setbacks can change the timeline really drastically, but it's looking like we'll be able to share the first of our final two areas with you around January or so. I hope you're half as excited as I am!!

Finally, here are a few gifs from the team:

As always, thanks for playing hoptix!
