---- Bugs ----
Fixed a bug that will cause game crash in wave 10/11 on normal/hard mode.
Fixed an achievement bug that will mistakenly trigger Peace Keeper even if player fired during a wave.
Fixed a bug that will cause game crash while being hit by jellyfish bullets.
Fixeda an achievement issue.
---- Game Play ----
Lower first boss hp, increase second boss hp.
Privateer cannon balls can neutralise enemy bullets, but have effect range limit (aligns secondary weapon level).
Slightly increase privateer maneuver speed.
Changed privateer bomb to be firing massive amount of cannon balls at all directions for a short while.
Improved big turtle's destroyable bullets attack method.
Modified jellyfish spawn position to be outside of battle field, so player won't be suprise attack by them.
Construction vessel has -2 max hp at start.
