The Badlands now runs much smoother on lower end machines and a whole army of bugs have been hunted down and brought to justice. A full changelog can be found below. Hopalong: The Badlands Post Release Update v1.01 - 1/29/18 - Optimization for lower end machines - Bug Fixes - Bug removal - Overall mass exodus of bugs - Reinstated bandit curfew. Obviously they were not ready for that responsibility
addedLower End Machine OptimizationThe darndest thing, we were enjoying a fine day out on the Badlands when we came across a hang up for low end CPUs and thought: “By George we could fix that there issue!” So we did. We have added stereo instancing to reduce draw calls and increase performance for lower end CPUs, so you can focus less on performance and more on slinging lead. And that’s all for now Western fans!
