changed[FIX] bug where "Party Rental" and "Composting Deal" events can be cheesed by repeatedly leaving and entering the screen.

added[ADD] The Gacha tutorial can now be viewed again, by clicking on the '?' button (shown below).

[FIX] major bug where the Clock can stop causing a shift to never end.

[FIX] bug where "Party Rental" and "Composting Deal" events can be cheesed by repeatedly leaving and entering the screen.

[FIX] Visual bug where Idols' ability animation is too far to the right side of the screen.

[ADD] The Gacha tutorial can now be viewed again, by clicking on the '?' button (shown below).
