HM4 MAJOR UPDATE

This is a massive update to Hollywood Mogul 4.

The UI has been completely re-designed and the game flow adjusted to fit the new design.

A new install procedure has been created that allows you to select a PLAYER PATH game folder. This makes it much easier to back-up your saved games, imported images, or databases made by other players in the community.

Many additional features have been added so when you start a new game be sure to pay close attention to all of the Set Up options.

Some of the new features are: o Agent/Talent Pitch Meetings and package deals o Studio Bungalows for First Look and Exclusive Talent deals o Talent Bios o Production department overhaul o Play for 30, 40, 50, 60, or 75 years o Option to selectively randomize the Source and Talent Databases

Plus a number of smaller new features like Talent Friendships (with other Talent), the ability to add character descriptions, and indicate how many episodes a character appears in for a series.

Hollywood Mogul 4 has been completely overhauled, and the box office results algorithms re-balanced and adjusted for all of the new features.

OLD VERSION vs THIS NEW UPDATE VERSION

Your old saved game files cannot be used with the Update version.

Source database files from the old version cannot be used with the Update version. Too many new fields were added to the source database record, including friendships, agent IDs, and role traits for stunts and make up.

Talent database files from the old version cannot be used with the Update version. Too many fields were added to the talent database record. However, Update game testers have already created new talent databases using real Hollywood movie star names and images. This is available through the Discord server or the Community Forums.
