BUGFIXES

Random events shouldn't interrupt at weird times because I just learned about the script command "$gameMessage.isBusy()"

Court fine counter resets upon re-entry.

Kościuszko no longer phases into Fort Franklin.

Crew count updated when recruiting.

More court fine fixes.

Inn money doesn't respawn after talking to Biddy.
