🦊 Hidden Foxes Demo Update: New Languages, Fox-Piano & Hidden-Object Fest!

I’m thrilled to announce that Hidden Foxes is officially participating in the upcoming Hidden-Object Fest on Steam, this April, 9!

To celebrate the event, I’ve just pushed a major update to the playable demo. I’ve spent the last few weeks polishing the experience and adding some features (and one totally unexpected).

Here is what’s new:

🖼️ A Brand New Store Page & Trailer

If you haven't visited the main store page in a while, it just got a complete makeover! I’ve uploaded a brand new trailer that perfectly captures the cozy, relaxing vibe of the game, added fresh screenshots, and completely updated the tags to help more players find us. Go take a look!

🎹 The "Yip-Piano"

I wanted to add a little extra "cozy" interaction to the world, so I built a fully playable, interactive piano! You can now tap the keys to play your favorite tunes using short, staccato fox "yips". The foxes will even nod their heads to the beat of the background lofi track. It serves absolutely no purpose for the main quest, which means it’s the most important feature in the game!

🌍 New Languages Available

To welcome more players from around the world into our cozy little community, the demo has been fully localized! You can now play the game in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

✨ General Polish & Feel

I've smoothed out the rough edges based on your early feedback. You will notice better visual feedback when clicking, new particle effects (look out for the colorful musical notes!), and an overall smoother hidden-object hunting experience.
