Another 12 new cards for HD3

HD3 version 3.13.008 adds the second half of the set of new cards. 12 cards with matching opponents in the tactical game mode are now available. This set consists of 8 dual-color cards and 4 artifact cards. The previous set of 12 cards is still available from the related tactical opponents, but these cards can now also drop from regular duels, or be selected as rewards from exploration. This update also includes a couple minor bugfixes, and adds background story texts to the following cards : Vector, Nagato, Akata, Hiraga, Venom, Vulture, Firewing, Aladayr's Phoenix, Troy, Siege Engine, Hiroto, 4th Moon of Xyth.
