Bug fix 24/07/2024
Fixed a crash that occurred during tutorial if you right-click a building while no rover was selected. Fixed a bug that prevented Escape key from properly opening the menu while in the tutorial.

Added an option in the Help menu to change the UI Scale as well as the date/time format displayed in the Save and Load dialogs.
