Repeated intro
Hello everyone! Today marks exactly two years since the full release of Hero's Story. To celebrate this milestone, I’ve prepared a new update for the game, along with a translated user manual and participation in the Steam Summer Sale. This version fixes several lingering bugs, corrects typos, makes balance adjustments, and features improved Linux support. While Hero's Story doesn't have a native Linux build, it can be played successfully via Proton. I would like to once again thank all the players for their feedback and the time they've spent playing my game! I hope you enjoy the new update.

Additions
Added a projectile icon for the Mage’s ranged weapon in the bottom-right corner
Added support for Vulkan rendering
Balance
Merchant discounts now apply to lockpicks and the Seal of Angalar
Increased damage dealt to the Griffin when attacking
Slightly increased the Glory Points rewarded for killing a Griffin
Slightly decreased the Zombie's field of view
Reduced the cost of the Dark Grimoire to 1 gold
Ghosts can now take minor damage from bare hands
Bug Fixes
Fixed a critical bug where player progress would sometimes fail to save when teleporting to the Swamp of Myths
Fixed a bug where the barrier in the Magic Forest would not disappear after visiting the Throne Room
Fixed a bug where the loading screen would not appear when teleporting to the Swamp of Myths
Fixed a bug where the teleport sound effect would not play when teleporting to the Swamp of Myths
Fixed an issue where the main quest would sometimes fail to update correctly
Fixed a bug where bonuses from certain artifacts would persist after changing equipment
Fixed a bug where merchant discounts would sometimes glitch, resulting in a negative discount
Fixed a bug where the Skeleton Warrior would continue attempting to block attacks after death
Fixed an out-of-bounds issue where players could escape the level in the Magic Forest
Fixed a graphical error involving floating columns in the Tomb of the Damned
Fixed a typo in the English name of a quest item
Corrected various typographical errors across several game texts
Enemies are now properly handled after death and will no longer take damage
