Hero's Story changes
Today a major update was released for Hero's Story. This update added a new region - Isil Plateau, as well as the new items and enemies, new locations and sounds, lockpicking mechanics and a new boss - the Great Dragon! This is a big update that fixes many bugs and significantly changes the balance of the combat system. This will most likely be the last update before the full game is released. Let me remind you that the full version of Hero's Story will have a complete storyline, tutorial and a final boss.

General
Game version was updated to 1.1 RC2
Now when you hover over an item in your inventory, its price will be shown
Now the price of all items will be at least 1 gold
Now you can also attack enemies using RMB
Players will now have some chance of dealing critical damage
Changed the 'Warehouse' level music theme
Updated control scheme for the keyboard
Updated game credits scene
'Credits' section in main menu has become active again

Balance
Now all enemies will drop at least something upon their defeat
Increased the amount of health restored by Healing Potion from 50 to 60
Increased the amount of energy restored by Energy Potion from 50 to 60
Reduced damage dealt by Mysterious Sphere to rakshasas
The shooting mechanics of Skeleton Archers have been changed (it has become more accurate)
Outlaws will now be able to apply bleed, but Zombies will not
Increased Zombie health
Now the Zombie will have a small chance of poisoning the player
Changed the attack animation of the Sea Giants
Increased damage of the Sea Giants
Reduced the attack speed of the Sea Giants
Skeleton Warriors and Rakshasa Warriors will now be able to block some of the melee attacks
Increased damage of Rakshasa Warriors
Reduced attack speed of Rakshasa Warriors
Now Sorceresses and Rakshasas will be able to teleport during fight
Sorceress and Rakshasa attack speed has been slightly reduced
High Necromancer's health was significantly increased

Bugfixes
Fixed a critical bug when game settings were not saved correctly
Fixed a graphical bug when particles from being hit by the Mysterious Orb would be replayed
Fixed a bug when the sounds of eating and drinking were not always played
Fixed a bug when it was impossible to change the game language from the pause menu
Fixed a bug when location names did not appear after cutscenes
Fixed a bug when the sounds of hitting the Spider Queen were too loud
Fixed a bug when it was possible to get out of bounds in the Magic Forest
Fixed incorrect placement of some landscape elements in the Expanse

Let's take a closer look at some points.
GREAT DRAGON
It was always possible to get through the Isil Gorge into the Swamp of Myths via a single bridge, built during the Old Era. Rumor has it that a huge dragon recently settled on this bridge! This winged monster has killed many knights and now terrorizes the lands of Central Teandria. The king will generously reward anyone who can crush or drive away the powerful creature. In the battle with the dragon, potions of protection from fire and magic will help you.
NEW REGION
The mountain range north of Enthor divides the lands of Central Teandria into a few separate regions. One of these areas is the Isil Plateau, which will be available to players in this update! The new region consists of several zones and includes several new locations, including an abandoned hut on a hill and a troll cave on a cliff. Only the most experienced adventurers will be able to defeat all the enemies in this area and collect all of the treasures.
LOCKPICKING
During your adventures in the lands of Central Teandria, you probably came across locked chests. Now you can try to open these chests using a new item - lockpick. The more valuable the contents of the chest, the more difficult it is to unlock it! Lockpicks can be obtained from chests or found in different caches.
