Heroic Kingdom: Origins changes

Fixes:
Fixed an issue where Master Riposte talents allowed 2 talents spent.
Fixed an issue if players talked to Sylinar prior to origins quest, speaking with him should now trigger the progress, even if players have already spoken to him.
Fixed an issue where arrows were adjusting for enemy momentum, if the enemy was frozen or stunned. Even though they're stunned/frozen they still have stored momentum, which was causing arrows to go way off in the direction they were moving prior to being stunned or frozen.
New:
Updated the "Stone" attribute amount from 50 to 125. We want these to feel more impactful than they are, in finding them.
Updated Sunstroke blessings to award 35 attribute points down from 100. We feel these are great, they feel great, but they're a bit over tuned for the amount available.
Heart of the Titan talent now goes to 75 points, but now only gives 1 health per point.
Added a new Shrine system that grants passives. Only one shrine can be active at a time.
Added a new shrine to the world, that activates: Fortune's Boon - Grants an extra 1–2 rolls on boss loot.
Added a new shrine to the world, that activates: Aegis of Recovery - Recover 3% of max health every 5 seconds.
Added a new shrine to the world, that activates: Hunter’s Instinct - Chance to double materials gathered from harvesting nodes.
