Reworked block mechanics: when block is used, it stays up as a barrier until the enemy's next physical attack. It blocks damage once and then disappears. No need to time it to animation anymore!

Added marker indicating new map available
FIXES
Fixed being able to sell consumable items after they were autoconsumed, if sales window was open during this time
Fixed discrepancy between calculated attack time on higher levels and actual speed
