Initial xp for skills reduced from 30 to 24

Reduced movement speed of most ranged enemies

Fixed Health Ectoplasm not taking away mana
Made entrance to

more visible after defeating the Prince
Additional perk point obtained after the Size Brothers quest will no longer be available if you reset your run
Added unsupported local save detection to avoid corrupting save while switching from newer to older version of the game
Fixed ammunition sprites changing incorrectly
Fixed Inventor quest dialogue playing during fight with him
Fix blinking sewage pipe in Far Sewers while critical hit or block buttons were active
SOUND
Added level up sound
Fixed issues with music while changing output devices

New visuals for Gate Guard
New background animations in Cave and Cave Entrance
