All reported bugs fixed, some minor balancing, attack+defend bindable

Fixed a bug that caused the cursor to vanish. Fixed the inventory-bug that caused players to accidently use items they hovered before closing the menu.

addedNew: "Attack" and "Defend" in battle can now also be executed with Interact[E](attack) and EndureArsousal[3](defend) - (which means now you can re-bind these actions to your controller if you want)

Balancing: Focus Life[1] (battle-ability) costs now 15 Willpower (up from 10) Second Wind[2] (battle-ability) costs now 8 Willpower (up from 5) Endure[3] costs now 8 Willpower (down from 10)
