Repeated intro

Hey this is Phil, I’m the solo developer over at North Point Games. I just wanted to share a few things about what's been going on with me and this game in the last few months (since I created this page about a year ago and should finally get around to updating it. You wear a lot of hats as a solo dev.)

addedI’ve been a solo developer for a few years now and have been the full time dev on Hellspawn for just about a year. I took a short break over the holiday due to the birth of my first son. Now I’m back into the swing of game development and balancing the responsibilities of being a new Dad. It’s been a bit wild but things are settling into a routine and I'm back programming, picking up where I left off. Before my short vacation, I’ve been working hard to make something I think you’re really going to enjoy.

After nearly a year of full time development, many mistakes and lots of coffee, I’m excited to announce that I’m about to release my first Alpha Test to a group of internal testers. Sadly, I will not be opening this round of tests to the public, but I am thrilled to start sharing my game and hope to have something to show to the rest of you soon. If this first round of tests goes well, then I fully intend to release a public demo sometime before Q3 of 2024.

Thanks for stopping by! More updates are coming soon!
