Hello Neighbor 2 changes
Hey Hey, neighbors!
Patch 9, Hotfix 4 has arrived for Hello Neighbor 2 on Steam bringing a ton of fixes, improvements and other goodies to make your stay in Raven Brooks even more enjoyable!

Steam Hotfix 3, version v1.3.0.13
What’s new:
A familiar face makes the news... Time to get exploring.
New DLC intro cutscenes to spice up the adventure 📽️
Sparks will fly – literally! Check out the new VFX when you flip the electricity switch.⚡️
Improvements & bug fixes:
No more tiptoeing through puddles and leaves without making a sound
Mr. Petesron has slowed down in the final boss fight
Textures no longer flicker throughout the gameplay when 'RTX Reflection' is set to ON
Neighbor no longer gets stuck when searching for Qunetin after he hides under the stairs in the Museum
No more electrical wires hanging in the air near the Otto’s house
Cop no longer tries to look for Quentin under a non-interactive table
Move freely: A/D movement is no longer blocked after using PortableDisplay before the ladder
Objects no longer defy gravity in the barn
Nielsen can now navigate around cupboard doors
The framed photo piece above the shelf in the Neighbor’s house is firmly grounded now
Be all “ears”: some sound effects have been tuned up
Crane and Generator at the Sawmill have got some improvements and a touch of artistry
Added alert indication when the Guest gets an alert or chases you in the Forest
Wooden logs now move along with the sawmill belt when pulling the lever after placing wooden logs on a belt and selecting 'Load Last Save'
Raven Brooks Forest got a visual makeover
Fixed the camera moving into the capsule while running backward
The Guest can no longer stop the siege
The final cutscene in the forest got some fixes
The barrel now falls upon throwing stones over it on loading the last save after placing it on the pressure plate
The curtain holder in the Bakery on the second floor is now the right length
Running speed is no longer reduced after the Nielsen catches you for the second time
Street lights now render properly with "RTX Shadows" turned on. Shine bright!
Door bolt improvements are in
Boards nailed to the elevator no longer hang in the air after loading the save
Guest is no longer switching and turning before entering the generator room
Grass and tombstones at the cemetery have been fixed
Purr-fect Achievements: the Cat and Dog Lover achievements have shed their quirks and now unlock like clockwork 🐾
Adjusted the brightness of the new light on the main map
Holding animations for the barrel have been fixed
The light pole is back on solid ground
Quentin can no longer climb through closed log spawner gates
Relaunching the game won't prevent you from turning on the mine cart if boards were nailed to it before
Once the church bell falls, it stays fallen
Enlarged the hitbox on the log spawner lever
Wooden planks on the trolley persist after selecting 'Load Last Save' in the Forest
Fixed the inability to interact with the bookshelf door lever in the Neighbor’s house after loading the save
Wooden planks in the inventory no longer disappear mysteriously after selecting Load last save in Forest
No more self-performing pianos in the Mayor’s house when he chases Quentin
Restored the sounds of footsteps on the carpet in the Neighbor's house
Save system has been optimized
The Bell lever now correctly appears in its previous place after the cutscene with the falling bell after loading the last save
Trees got their shiny branches back instead of black lines
DLCs:
Late Fees (Library):
Quentin no longer gets stuck at the corner of the staircase after falling from the top
The lever in the basement now functions properly if player selects 'Load Last Save' immediately after interacting with the lever
Addressed the magical respawn of books on selecting 'Load Last Save' after placing them on the appropriate shelf
The book trolley is back!
Spade book no longer respawns on the fountain and can be picked up even after getting caught by the librarian

Back to school:
Helped the janitor escape a sticky situation – he can no longer get stuck in a railing collision on the second floor
Put a stop to the application crashing when you navigate towards the clock mechanism room
After leaving the drone outside the school and hitting the button in the 'Principal' room to unlock the 'Dungeon' area, the drone no longer explores ‘out of the world’ dimensions
