addedA new Piloted Manoeuvring Unit (PMU) Vehicle
addedNew tools and gadgets
addedNew challenging gameplay mechanics
addedCleanup is around 3 to 5 hours long – as long as the base game! We’ve intended for this DLC to basically be a mini-sequel to the original game, as our goal was to successfully expand on what’s enjoyable about the game at its core. While we’re very familiar working with the systems, mechanics, and visual language we’ve designed up until this point, it’s still been a challenge to integrate new ideas in a natural way. For those of you who have played the base game, there’s a lot that will be familiar – but there are lots of new exciting things to discover as you progress!

Hi all!

Alex and Josh here, the devs on Heavenly Bodies. We hope you’ve had a great week since we announced the release date for Cleanup. Speaking of which… it’s out now! After a year of working hard on this content, we’re so excited to put it out into the world.

But what can you expect from this DLC? Here’s a list of some of the things you can look forward to:

  • A brand new, expansive semi-open level split across 7 days

  • A new Piloted Manoeuvring Unit (PMU) Vehicle

  • New tools and gadgets

  • New challenging gameplay mechanics

…and more!

Cleanup is around 3 to 5 hours long – as long as the base game!

We hope you will enjoy all the ideas we put into this DLC. We’ve poured our hearts and souls into making this as fun as possible for you, especially as a way to thank all of you for the kind reviews, messages, and dedication to our game. Sincerely, thank you to this community from the bottom of our hearts. And speaking of the community, be sure to join our Discord for a lovely time with the rest of the Heavenly Bodies community!

Go out there into outer space and have a blast! See you on the other side :)
