I've cooked up a lot of new content for you. It took some time, but this is the biggest update so far, and the new demo is available to play right now!
As always, your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps shape the game. Thank you to everyone who has shared their thoughts and suggestions.
CHANGES
Added a procedurally generated world map (every run is different)
Added procedurally generated islands for more varied layouts in each run
Buildings now have different rarities and buff/debuff patterns
Reworked how some buildings interact with map resources
Improved and updated the save system
Rebalanced the reroll mechanic to make it feel fairer
Added a reward shop after completing an island
Improved the readability of buff and debuff indicators
Adjusted overall game balance
Reworked the stats of several buildings
Added a rotating camera for a better battlefield overview
Heroes now have additional passive abilities that increase income or reduce costs
Removed the Enemy Nexus
Removed the tower price increase for building multiple towers of the same type
Reworked parts of the UI
BUG FIXES
Fixed the "Closest to Exit" targeting mode (finally!)
Squashed numerous smaller bugs and issues
