DevTalk: Transformations and Agnes.

Work on the player transformation system continues in Happy Ending Simulator. As you progress, your character unlocks new transformation forms. Each one changes the protagonist’s body, his appearance, the girls’ reactions, and the content available to you. The stronger and more “dangerous” the form, the more noticeable the changes to your character’s stats become. And yes, that includes penis size.

Some characters react differently to specific forms, while certain scenes and dialogue options become available only with the right transformation. We’re also sharing early screenshots of a new character: Agnes, the nun. She is currently in active development, with her model, body variations, scenes, and animations still being refined.

In the story, Agnes arrives at the salon as a deeply religious and very naive girl, convinced the place is cursed. But over time, her curiosity begins to outweigh her fear. Her route focuses on moral decline, gradual corruption, and two distinct character forms.
