Hands of Victory changes
Thanks for taking an interest in Hands of Victory! The game is a passion project from a couple of devout card gamers. Us. It’s a massive undertaking - maybe too big. Only with your help can we show publishers and financiers that “What if Mortal Kombat was a poker game?” isn’t as crazy as it sounds and that what blood, sweat, tears and a thousand rejected ideas has been forged into so far deserves a real chance.
We’ve got more characters, abilities, modes, and sneaky features in the works, but we need you to play, give feedback, and wishlist the game to get there. Plus… we’re running out of noodles to eat!
To thank you, we’re running a campaign now through January 18, culminating in a $3,000 tournament for up to 264 players.
How it works:
Participation is completely free
Qualify by either:
Ranking in the top 200 players with the most completed Grind Mode Streaks, or
Winning a free qualifier
Prize money is $3,000, distributed dynamically based on participants (max 264 players)
Tournament hosted on Challengermode
Players from Italy and the U.S. can join the Grind Mode challenge but not the final event. If you qualify for the final, we’ll sort an equivalent reward
Format: 1v1v1v1 score-based bracket
We can’t wait to see you in the game and in the tournament. Let’s prove together that poker is even more fun when it features boisterous characters with game-changing abilities, rewards outstanding decision-making, and where how you win truly matters. Read more about this event and the exact rules for the Streaks Challenge and the Qualifiers on our website.
