The much-awaited Board Editor update is here! Finally you can create and share your own Clear and Puzzle stages! We can't wait to see all the creative stage ideas the Hamster Scramble community comes up with.

Let's take a look at all the changes in this update:

New Features ⚙️

Board Editor 1.0!

  • Access via the pause menu in the Hamster Village.

  • Create your own Clear and Puzzle stages to play and share with your friends!

  • This initial version does not have online sharing implemented yet, so stage files must be shared manually.

  • There is no controller support yet, so please use Keyboard & Mouse.

  • It's possible to plasma-fy special hamster balls, but there are no proper sprites so it will look bugged.

Other changes ⚖️

  • Meter for dropping hamsters will now reduce over time when the button is released.

  • Smoothed player position syncing online.

  • Added fan palette contest winner for Don.

Bug Fixes 🐛

  • Fixed bug causing Ranked mode to not find opponents.

  • Fixed bug causing counters to trigger when they shouldn't have when playing online.

  • Fixed bug causing a loss to be triggered while actions on the board are still being processed.

  • Fixed bug causing players to fall off of the banners after a match.
