- Fixes
New
Added greatly improved computer movement and difficulty. The computer will now correctly evaluate all possible moves for itself and the opponent, up to a certain limit, making for much better gameplay decisions. Higher difficulty increases the evaluation limit and the time it takes to evaluate the moves.
It's now possible to click on a nonadjacent square to move a piece there directly with a multi-jump, instead of having to click each intermediate square to get there.
Added "Human Turn Time Limit" and "Computer Turn Time Limit" settings. This allows setting a custom time limit for either human or computer players, or both.
Added an "End Turn" button. Removed the ability to click on the hourglass to end a turn.
Added a "Destination Indicators" setting. This shows indicators on either nearby move destination squares, or all possible destination squares, for the selected piece.
Improved the UI to clearly show which player needs to make the next move.
Added a "Scale" setting for pieces to scale their size.
Added a "Time Scale" setting. This modifies the piece selection/movement durations.
Added an "Animate Board Setup" setting. This toggles whether pieces should be animated when placing them on the board before a game begins.
Changed
Removed the "Confirm When Ending Turn" setting.
Temporarily disabled the "Battle Halma" game mode and the "Futuristic" board. These will be enabled again in a later version.
Fixed
Fixed an issue that could cause pieces to get stuck when manually ending a turn.
Fixed so that clicking UI buttons won't also click in the 3D view.
